At WirelessGuys we make every attempt to qualify your purchase. Our knowledgeable
staff is here to make sure the product fits your specific needs. If for
some reason the product is defective on arrival or fails to operate correctly
within the first 10 days, notify WirelessGuys immediately for a replacement
product.
All returns must be received by WirelessGuys within 30 days of purchase.
If being returned for credit, the item(s) must be in unused, unopened and
resalable condition including all paperwork, packing materials and containers.
Any purchase returned after this period are subject to a 20% restocking
fee. All returns must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for
the item(s). You may request an RMA by phone at 800-945-3294 option 130
or email inquiry@wirelessguys.com.
