These programs extend the period of the standard warranty and provide standard and advanced replacement options that suite your needs. When you require immediate technical assistance, Alvarion can provide access to an expert staff ready to resolve your issue in the most expedient and efficient manner. In addition to telephone access to our proficient staff, BreezeCARE customers will also have online access to new major and minor firmware releases, utilities, and technical documents 24 hours a day. Include an Alvarion BreezeCARE BCS or ISS package with your equipment purchase, and you will maximize and extend its performance capability. With our Technical Support Center, Web Support, Software Maintenance, and Hardware Replacement, Alvarion creates an environment where support is an integral part of the solution. Customers choosing not to purchase BreezeCARE will still benefit from 90 days of access to the Technical Support Center as well as a one-year replacement warranty (see Appendix A). The BreezeCARE Support Products Program is a way of providing a higher level of support than previously offered.
