|
Integrated Support Service (ISS) combines the BCS and ARS plans into a single plan.
Advance Replacement Service (ARS) allows you to receive immediate replacements for units determined to be defective. With next business day delivery of replacements for domestic customers, you simply return the defective units to Alvarion after you receive and install their replacement units. ARS is an extension of either the standard or extended warranties and can be renewed annually.
BreezeCARE Customer Support (BCS) includes technical updates, product enhancements, electronic documentation, and access to Alvarion Technical Support. BCS is available per product or on a total network basis. The service can be renewed annually with renewals of total network BCS subject to a network assessment.
