Extended Warranty Service (EWS) Extends the standard one-year warranty for additional one-year periods. Alvarion repairs or replaces your defective unit within two weeks of receipt at Alvarion corporate headquarters. Service can be renewed annually provided that the device is on the active product list.
Advance Replacement Service (ARS) Alvarion ships a replacement for a defective unit prior to the receipt of the defective unit at Alvarion Corporate Headquarters. Replacement unit will ship the same day or by the next business day via overnight delivery. The defective unit must be returned to Alvarion within 7 business days to avoid applicable charges. ARS extends the standard warranty and can be renewed annually provided that the device is on the active product list BreezeCARE Customer Support (BCS) Includes updates, enhancements, electronic documentation and more importantly, access to Alvarion Technical Support via telephone and email. BCS is available on a per product basis or total network coverage. Service can be renewed annually. BCS total network coverage can be renewed annually based on network assessment.
Limitation of Warranty This warranty does not apply if the product (a) has been opened and/or altered, except by Alvarion technical personnel; (b) has not been maintained in accordance with instructions supplied by Alvarion; (c) has been subjected to abnormal physical or electrical stress (such as, but not limited to, lightning damage), misuse, negligence, or accident; or (d) removal of serial number label.
